Vegas Baby!
We went to Vegas to spend some time with my sister Emily and my sister Terraza and her family! It was so much fun to hang out and let the kids play! And us girls even got to do some SHOPPING!! The kids loved being with their cousins and playing! And well I finally gave in and had Emily cut off Daxtons curls! It was so sad to see his little curls fall to the floor :( but he was so handsome when he was all done! He didn't care for the haircutting process at all, but MaKelle begged to have her hair cut so Aunt Mimi gave her a tiny trim! Brock and Corbin also got their hair cut and they all looked so good that I had to take pictures. So on Sunday after church we took some pictures of the kids in Emily's neighborhood and back yard! They are such cute kids if I do say so myself! We love playing with our Family in Vegas! :)

Yeeha!
As the Activity Day leader in our ward we planned a daddy daughter shindig! It was cowboy themed with steere roping, 3 legged races, a BBQ dinner, and of course square dancing! We all dressed up and decorated the cultural hall and a had agreat time. I brought all my kids and had Blake do the grilling. I dressed my kids up in their western wear and I even dressed up too! (Blake was not going to go that far!) But he did get talked or should i say drug into square dancing with one of the girls who didn't have a partner since her dad was dancing with his other daughter. He was a good sport about it and I got a kick out of watching him! All the girls had so much fun and the dads did too! My kids loved to rope the steere and ride it too! I can't wait till MaKelle is old enough that she can go with her Dad on a daddy daughter date!!

Snowy Cabin
We decided to try and ride our 4-wheelers up to the DeMille cabin one Sunday afternoon. There was still some snow at the top and it was still quite chilly, but it was fun! The kids thought it was neat to ride through themud and snow, and there was a few places where I got my 4-wheeler stuck. I decided that driving in the snow and mud is definately not my thing, I rather just be on the back and along for the ride! We all had fun and hope to do it again!

Backyard Fun!
One saturday Blake pulled the kids 4-wheeler out in the backyard and they rode it around in circles for hours. They took turns driving and Brock took the twins for rides. We had some of the neighbor friends over and they all pulled out the toy tools and fixed up the four wheeler. Then they would drive it around for a couple laps, then bring it in for a pit stop and work on it for awhile fixing up every last part and piece. It was so cute and they all had so much fun!

Easter!!
For Easter we went camping with the DeMilles down by Mesquite. We camped down near the Virgin River where it was a bit warmer than Cedar. Grandma and Grandpa did an Easter egg hunt for all the kids down in the wash near the Virgin River. The kids got lots of fun toys and of course candy! The weather was quite nice and we did some hiking and four-wheeling! Brock is getting really good at driving his four wheeler around and being able to maneuver it and control it! He takes all the younger kids for rides and they love that! Corbin is even getting better at driving the four-wheeler. He still needs to not accelerate so fast and remember where the brake is! He is so crazy but we love him! The kids got some bubble guns in the Easter egg hunt and Daxton absolutely loved the bubbles! He let Corbin shoot bubbles at his face for like 20 min. and then he wanted to shoot them himself, and his main target was Grandpa! The kids played all day long in the dirt with their buckets, shovels, and trucks - that they also got for Easter from Grandma. They were all so dirty, but had so much fun! Then the kids woke up Easter morning in the trailer to find that the Easter Bunny had filled their Easter baskets! They were very spoiled (like always) and were so excited to see that the Easter Bunny found us! Later that day we colored Easter eggs and the kids got very creative with their designs. The twins mostly enjoyed the stickers and putting them all over themselves! It was a very relaxing and fun weekend hanging out, visiting, and listening to conference! HAPPY EASTER!!
