I did it!!

So I had been debating ever since MaKelle was born whether or not to pierce her ears. So about a week ago I was shopping at Wal-Mart (as usual) and walked by the jewelry counter and just on the spur of the moment decided to do it. So I called Blake and he said it was up to me. 20 minutes later it was done. She only cried for like 2 minutes and then she was fine. She doesn't really know they're there and hardly ever plays with them. I am so glad I did it! She looks sooo cute!! I also put her hair in a little baby pony tail for the first time, and of course I thought she looked so cute! Aren't girls fun!! I Love You Too Dax! Which reminds me of all the cute things they have been doing lately. I know I've already mentioned some of these, but hey I'm a proud mother. So they are playing patty cake, doing "so big", giving five, giving kisses, blowing kisses, crawling everywhere, pulling themselves up to things, cruzing furniture, getting into cupboards and drawers, they love the toilet (yuck!), and now they are starting to walk with assistance and their walking toys. Blake and I are thrilled with the fact that both babies say Ma Ma and Da Da even though they don't really know what that means. And finally Daxton got over his yucky ear infection but now has a cough and so does Corbin. Brock's over his strep, but now MaKelle has come down with rotavirus and an ear infection. So not fun. I can't wait for SPRING!

p.s. since we were making so many trips to instacare lately with all of our ill children, what difference would one more make - so I decided to go yesterday and get 3staples put into the back of my head. Yes, as embarrassing as it was, I had to get a gash in my head stapled shut for hitting it on the corner of my kitchen counter top. I was bent over picking up toys and stood up quickly only to be knocked back down. Humiliating! Needless to say I'm great and don't even know they are there. (sorry no picture)

I LOVE the earings! If I ever have a girl, I'm planning on doing the same thing. I can't believe how big they're getting. It's fun to watch them grow b/c Jackson's doing the same things. Sorry that you've had to deal with all those yucky bugs. It seems like everyone is around here. Including us. I finally got over what I had and I thought the kids were too, but now Jackson seems to have started all over with a cough and yucky nose. Bring on Spring! So sorry to hear about your head :( Sounds like it's not too big a deal now though so that;s good. Maybe you should lay off the drinking during the day! At least wait 'till Blake gets home.

I just think your kids are so cute! The twins have such beautiful smiles, you can't help but smile while looking at their pictures! I love MaKelle's earings too.

Tyler was about to use Zicam the other day and I told him about you losing your sense of taste/smell. He was glad and decided not to use it.

I like your hair too! I am thinking about going short.

Oh, I want a girl as cute as Makelle! I am totally into the piercings. Super cute. Oh, and I have a fun scar on my left eye from slamming my head into a chair! I had to call my hubby and have him come home and take me to the hospital. I am just glad I didn't knock myself out since I was supposed to be the grown up taking care of our toddler!! Anyway, cute fam.
