More Summer

Aren't they the four cutest kids you ever saw!! We went up to Duck Creek for a DeMille family reunion and the kids played outside in the dirt and loved it! This was the best snapshot we could get of all 4 babies cuz they did not want to hold still, they just wanted to PLAY! Brock and Corbin played with the other kids and I hardley ever saw them so I didn't get any pictures of them. My kids love being in the mtns!

Blake has been called into the young mens again so he gets flag duty every now and then. Brock and Corbin went to help pick up the flags one day and they thought that was the coolest thing ever! They love being with their Dad!

Nice bum where ya from?
These kids love to be naked, especially Gavin. We were camping and all three babies had their pants off and were looking out the screen door of Grandma and Grandpa's trailer longing to go out and get dirty! We sure love camping and getting dirty around my house!

Brock did so well in T-ball this year! He hit some good fly balls, got a few outs and even got to play pitcher, which was so exciting for him. We are so proud of him!!

During some of the big thunderstorms we had this summer Daxton and MaKelle were dying to go out in the rain so I stripped them down to their diapers and let them go. They loved it at first until it started to be a down pour and then they cried and wanted to come back in. After it let up they decided it was ok to go back out. All in all they had a good time!

They should be working with hand tools with their Dad! Don't they look so cute with those goggles on!

We have had a lot of fun this summer in our backyard on the slip and slide, and in our little pool. Brock and Corbin play for hours out there and the twins even love getting in and out of the pool over and over again. One day our friends the Tattons came over with their huge bounce house type of water slide and pool and the kids just absolutely loved it! The pictures of the babies in the dump truck and with the tractor were taken by Brock. As well as the one of Corbin and Daxton with his Elmo's. Brock loves to take pictures and he is pretty good at it! And Daxton absolutely loves Elmo!! He could play with his Elmo toys all day!

For the 4th of July this year we went with my family up to my parents cabin near Park City. It was so beautiful up there and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed all the normal things we do at the cabin plus a few others. We celebrated Innocent's (one of my sister's foster kids) birthday and played beach blanket volleyball with water balloons and beach towels. The kids all loved it! And of course on the 4th we had a BBQ, made homemade ice cream, and lit off fireworks! All in all it was so relaxing and fun!

We took another trip to Powell and of course it was great! There were lots of other kids there for my kids to play with and they did some fishing and caught the cutest little sun fish and then a huge cat fish. One fish ate the bait and took Corbin's Superman fishing pole right off the back of the houseboat and swam away with it! I tried diving down to look for it several times but it was long gone. The kids did have a lot of fun going off the slide though, my boys actually did it over and over again and just loved it! There is also a picture of Brock and Corbin all wet from running through the sprinklers with their clothes on. Whenever the sprinklers come on in the evening all 4 of my kids love to run through them no matter what they are wearing. Brock and Corbin even ride their bikes through them. There is also a picture of the kids with a home made bird feeder that we made. Brock got the idea off of TV while watching Curious George and decided he wanted to make one and we had fun doing so. We have even seen quite a few birds coming to eat the seeds. The last picture is of my niece Meg after her performance as Kelsey in High School Musical. We went down to Las Vegas to see her in the play and she did a terrific job! She is so beautiful and so talented it was fun to go watch her!

Corbin turned 4!!! And yes he had another Superman birthday party! Corbin's Aunt Brianna made him a Superman pinata and it was so awesome! She did such a great job and the kids had a blast busting it open. Corbin had some friends over for a swimming party but it decided to rain. So we did the pinata in the garage, opened presents on the deck and ate Cake and Ice cream. By that time the sun was back out and the kids got to swim and play some fun games. He had a Superman birthday cake that I made but it didn't turn out very well probably because I made a money cake with coins wrapped in wax paper inside. Then we had some family over in the evening for more cake and ice cream. And of course he got lots of fun gifts including a new Superman fishing pole from aunt Emily, a Superman beach towel from Grandma and Grandpa, Superman shoe skates from Nana and Opa, and a new car seat and Superman tooth brush from Mom and Dad! Yeah, he was spoiled! Happy Birthday Corb, We Love You!!
